About Arbitr
Built for Cross-Border Projects Without a Clear Execution Path

Arbitr is a U.S.-based, founder-led commercial execution firm helping companies navigate international projects that require research, trusted counterparties, negotiation, and coordinated implementation.
Discuss a Project
An External Execution Partner
Our role is especially relevant when a company lacks local infrastructure, trusted relationships, specialized research capacity, or a clear internal owner for the assignment.

Arbitr works between strategy and implementation. We help clients define an international commercial objective, understand the operating environment, identify the necessary counterparties, and coordinate the steps required to move the project forward.

Why Arbitr Exists

Many cross-border projects do not fail because the commercial objective is wrong. They fail because responsibility is fragmented

One party conducts research. Another introduces a supplier. A consultant provides recommendations. A logistics provider moves the goods. Lawyers address narrow legal questions. Yet no one owns the commercial process as a whole

Arbitr was created to close that gap. We connect research to action, counterparties to decisions, and decisions to coordinated execution
What Makes Our Model Different
  • Research Connected to Action
Research is designed around a commercial decision or next step - not produced as an isolated report
  • Direct Senior Involvement
Mandates receive direct founder involvement rather than passing through multiple layers of account management
  • Flexible External Capacity
Clients gain focused international execution capacity without immediately building a permanent local team
  • Independent Coordination
Arbitr can work across suppliers, service providers, advisers, and internal stakeholders while remaining focused on the client’s commercial objective
How the Firm Operates
Arbitr is structured around the needs of each mandate rather than a fixed consulting template.
Core Project Direction
Arbitr defines the mandate, organizes the information, coordinates communication, and maintains focus on the commercial outcome.
Specialized Resources
Depending on the project, we engage independent researchers, inspectors, logistics providers, industry specialists, translators, and licensed advisers.
Client Control
Material decisions remain with the client. Arbitr provides the research, coordination, and execution capacity required to make those decisions informed and actionable.

Cross-Market Perspective
Geographic coverage depends on the specific mandate and the availability of qualified local resources.
  • United States
Corporate environment, market-entry questions, partner identification, commercial communication, and local execution.
  • China
Manufacturing, supplier research, factory communication, procurement coordination, and commercial verification.
  • Eurasia and Selected Markets
Market intelligence, counterparty research, stakeholder mapping, and the coordination of projects that cross less familiar commercial environments.
Operating Principles

Clarity Before Activity
We define the actual commercial objective before generating research, introductions, or activity

Evidence Before Assumption
Important decisions should be supported by verifiable information, not supplier claims or superficial market signals

Ownership of the Next Step
Every stage of a mandate should end with a clear decision, responsible party, and next action

Candor About Limits
We distinguish between what has been verified, what remains uncertain, and where independent licensed advice is required
Tell Us About Your Project
Describe the commercial objective, countries involved, current stage, principal obstacle, and desired timeline. We will review the inquiry and determine whether it fits Arbitr’s capabilities.
Optional Attachment
Submitting an inquiry does not create an advisory, legal, fiduciary, or contractual relationship.
